Step 1: Please select the cue structure; you can choose 1 piece cue or jointed cue. If you choose jointed cue, the standard split position is 1/4, or 1/3, or 1/2. If other split positions are selected, please indicate.
Step 2: Please select the shaft wood; you can choose ash or maple. All of our wood is carefully selected from the top wood, natural air drying for more than two years to ensure that the wood is stable and excellent; according to the performance of the cue, we have divided into three grade series, namely: U series professional grade, G series master grade, C series classic grade. If you choose ash wood, we divide it into three levels according to the beauty of the sword pattern, of which level 1 is perfect sword pattern, level 2 is excellent sword pattern, and level 3 is regular sword pattern.
Step 3: Please confirm the type of flower arrangement and the wood of flower arrangement; in our products, the classic type of flower arrangement and the specific style are shown by examples. You can choose the style you like and tell us. At the same time, we have broken down the structure of flower arrangement, you can choose the free combination of wood we provide, we also accept the wood you provide produced by us.
Step 4: Please determine the specific cue parameters; the conventional cue parameters include:cue length: usually 145 ~ 147cm,cue weight: usually 495 ~ 505g,cue head size: usually 9.7 ~ 9.0mm for snooker cues, 10.0 ~ 10.5mm for Chinese eight-ball cues; Thickness of rear handle: usually 28.5 ~ 30.0mm; position of center of gravity: usually 41 ~ 43cm; the above parameters can be customized. In case of unreasonable parameter requirements, we will give suggestions from a professional perspective.
Step 5: Balance the weight of the cue. Because of the density difference between the shaft of the cue and the wood for flower arrangement, the weight of each cue will be different. If you have specific requirements for the weight and center of gravity of the cue, I need to add additional balance weight to adjust the weight and center of gravity position. This parameter is very important. If you do not know the key technology, we can give professional advice.
Step 6:The Ferrule and cue Extensions; we have professional accessories installation, if you have special requirements, we will do our best to cooperate, or you provide accessories for us to install.
Step 7: Please inform us after the above parameters are confirmed, and we will give you a specific quotation and delivery cycle accordingly, and look forward to your order support!
Step 8: After the order is confirmed, we will charge 30% deposit, and then arrange the production.
Step 9: Delivery cycle;due to the production process requirements of cues, environmental impact or wood conditions, in order to ensure that the cues reach the best condition, we can not guarantee a fixed delivery date, but we will strive to present you with the best products with the fastest delivery date.
Step 10: Delivery; all goods are ex-works, and all costs from the factory to the receiving address are borne by the buyer.
